Before any gold is cast, your piece begins as a design — proportions are refined, stones are considered, and every detail is carefully worked through. You’ll see and approve the design before it is brought to life.
We source natural and lab-grown diamonds and natural gemstones through trusted suppliers, and are equally at home reimagining inherited stones into something entirely new.

Consultation
Your journey begins with a private consultation by phone, video or text, at a time that suits you. We talk through the occasion, your style, your budget and the stones you love. Share inspiration photos, an heirloom you’d like to reimagine, or simply an idea, and we’ll guide you through every option.
Design
We turn your ideas into hand-drawn sketches and, for more complex pieces, a wax or 3D model, so you can see your jewel before it is made. Together we refine every detail, from the shape of the stone to the profile of the band, until every proportion feels exactly right.
Craft
Once you approve the design, your jewel is cast in solid 14k or 18k yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum, and each stone is set entirely by hand at the bench. Every piece is carefully finished and inspected before it leaves us. Please allow 6–8 weeks for your custom piece to be completed.
Delivery
Your finished piece is photographed and delivered to you with complimentary, fully insured shipping, tracked and signed for on arrival. It comes with its care notes, along with its certificates if it is set with certified stones, and we remain here for any questions long after it arrives.
